This Privacy Policy describes how MagicBlock Labs Pte. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Singapore, collects, uses, and protects information in relation to our mobile game, Interstellar Command, (the "Service"). Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.

2. Data We Do Not Collect
We have designed our Service to minimize data collection. We do not collect or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.
3. Data We Collect and Why
- Anonymous Analytics Data: We use Unity Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated data about gameplay. This includes information such as session length, in-game progress, device model, and operating system. This data is fully encrypted and cannot be used to identify you personally. It is used solely for the purpose of identifying technical issues, balancing gameplay, and improving the overall player experience.
- On-Chain Game Data: Your in-game progress, including your balances of virtual currencies ("Gems" and "Gold"), your collection of in-game items, and your match history, is stored on a public blockchain. This data is associated only with an anonymous, randomly generated user account ID. This is a core function of the game, ensuring the integrity and persistence of your game state. No personal information is ever written to the blockchain.
- Third-Party Account Data (Future Feature): In the future, we may offer the ability to link your game account to third-party services (such as Google, Apple, Discord, etc.). Should you choose to use this feature, we will only receive an anonymous, unique identifier from the service to link your accounts. We will not request, receive, or store any personal profile information like your name, email, or friend list from these services.
4. Your Consent and Control
Upon first launching the Service, you will be presented with a clear choice to "Accept" or "Decline" the collection of anonymous analytics data.
- If you select "Decline," analytics data collection will not be initiated.
- You can change your consent preference at any time in the in-game Settings menu.
- You may also request the deletion of your associated analytics data at any time via the "Request Data Removal" button in the Settings menu.
5. Data Security
We are committed to the security of your game data. For gameplay, we generate a temporary, ephemeral session key each time you start the game. This key is used to sign in-game transactions on your behalf for a seamless experience. We never store this ephemeral account or its private key.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. In certain jurisdictions, such as Italy, this age limit may be 16. If we become aware that a child under the relevant age has provided us with data without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy within the Service or on our website.
